Slipknot have made their return with a new track titled ‘Arsenal’, and it is as hectic and heavy as you would expect it to be.

The song is the first new music from the band in three years, picking up where 2023’s EP ‘Adderall’ left off. It is also the band’s first track being shared via (sic)est Records.
The accompanying video is also a (sic)est Films production, by the way.
The song itself feels like a culmination of everything the band have come to be defined over the years. The caustic energy that festered beneath their earliest releases, matched with the melodic sensability that has come to bolster their recent output.
The result is an insatiably catchy piece of timeless metal, brimming with record scratches, noodling solos and unhinged and animalistic bellows.
And the video is a headfuck, to say the least. Part body horror, part alien abduction, part folklore nightmare.
It is, of course, Slipknot.
