Purge Of Sanity Premiere New Single & Music Video “Candescent” – Sign With Seek & Strike

Purge Of Sanity have officially joined the Seek And Strike roster and are gearing up to release their upcoming EP, “The Expense Of Striving To Heal”, on August 01st. To mark the occasion, the French metalcore outfit have debuted a music video for the EP’s first single, “Candescent” (available below).

Speaking on the signing and new material, the band offered the following statement:

“This is more than a milestone, it’s the foundation for what comes next. For us, this isn’t just a label deal, it’s the right partnership at the right time. Seek and Strike brings the kind of support, structure, and long-term vision we’ve been looking for. With their experience in developing some of the most exciting names in heavy music today, we know we’re in the best hands to push our sound, expand our reach and bring this project to its full potential. This is the start of something bigger and we’re just getting warmed up.

Our first single, ‘Candescent,’ is a call to resistance for every person that is being silenced and killed for the simple crime of being who they are. It expresses our rejection of the established order, and offers a ray of hope to every kid who gets bullied or killed because of their gender, race and social class.

This entire EP encapsulates all our feelings about a world that oppresses, silences and shames all those not born to obey its twisted rules. It expresses our struggles to find hope and our all-consuming rage to do what’s right for ourselves and our fellow humans. This EP is a renewal for us with the aim of achieving a modern and intense sound, recreating the effervescence that represents the fusion between metal music and various other styles.”
