Cavetown has returned with vulnerable new single ‘Baby Spoon’.

Marking a new chapter, it’s his first release via new label home Futures Music Group, a joint venture between Neon Gold and Avenue A Records.

Inspired by his relationship with his partner, ‘Baby Spoon’ is a heartfelt meditation on vulnerability and self-acceptance.

Speaking on his latest single, Robin has said:

“‘Baby Spoon’ is a reminder to my partner that I’ll always be there to talk to her and make her feel better. Growing up as a transmasc guy, I went through a phase of overdoing masculinity because I thought that’s what was expected of me. With her, I can be delicate, soft, I can be the baby spoon”
