Lamb Of God treated the Aftershock Festival audience to their first-ever performance with three guitarists live! The band brought out frequent live fill-in Phil Demmel for an especially heavy version of “Redneck” which you can check out fan-filmed footage of above. It’s killer, and Lamb Of God really ought to consider bringing Demmel into their fold more often. Maybe even in the writing of some new material?

“I’ve had many life memories made on onstage and last night was another,” said Demmel of the performance. “Thanks to [Lamb Of God] for having me onstage at the local [Aftershock Festival] set last night. It would be the only chance for my son to see me perform with them and they were the ever gracious hosts. Although it looks like I just accepted a marriage proposal from [guitarist Mark Morton] I’m probably thanking him (and [drummer Art Cruz])for saving me from being torched from the Pyro cues I didn’t ask about! All top dudes on top of their game. The Demmel Dudes are forever gracious.”
