Ah yes, it’s time for our semi-annual Jason Newsted sighting. This time it’s Newsted joining Blackberry Smoke on stage at the State Theatre in Ithaca, NY during a November 13 show for a cover of Black Sabbath‘s “Children Of The Grave”.

The cover is a ripper and really, it’s just awesome to see Newsted getting out there and playing. Dude is one of the most underrated bassists metal has ever had and I will not hear otherwise.
