The latest episode of Pack It Up’s Chaos Draft is out now, and Frank Iero and I Prevail’s Eric Vanlerberge are the special guests.

The concept of the video is simple. Every single booster pack that has ever been released for Magic: The Gathering is displayed on a wall. From there, guests pick packs at random, build a deck, play with it, and keep whatever cards they pull. So, yeah, it’s chaos, because you don’t really know where your hand is going to fall.

And when it comes to those guests, it’s a trial by fire. Frank turns up, admitting that he has admired the game from afar but never really played it properly. He admits that his bandmate Gerard Way and some of the My Chemical Romance crew would always play, but he was never taught. So now is his chance to catch up.

Eric recently opened a card store in Michigan called Black Vault Gaming, so he is already well on it. Saying that, he has never really drafted before, so it’s still a new experience.

And then from there, everybody just plays each other, learns more about the history of the game and generally has a really lovely time.

It’s a great watch, and it’s always fun to see bands interact with each other in places you wouldn’t expect.

And Frank will be making his way out to the UK and Europe with My Chemical Romance for their ‘Long Live The Black Parade’ tour in the Summer.
