Blink-182 member Tom DeLonge recently spoke to Sopitas and revealed that there will be more new music from Blink-182. He also said that they have bigger and better things on the way and that this is like a new start for the band.
Earlier this month, during NLDS playoff game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres, hometown hero Tom DeLonge of blink-182 led the crowd at Petco Park in a rally singing his bandās classic āAll The Small Thingsā with the entire stadium.
The blink-182 frontman and over 40,000 fans were on hand to see their beloved Padres leave with a 6-5 win, taking a 2-1 series lead in their bid for this yearās World Series. As you can see from the photos below, DeLonge received a heroās welcome as he sang along with the already amped-up attendees.
Itās these little surprises that let us know he cares; DeLonge, a long-time Padres fan, returned this week after throwing out the first pitch for the team earlier in the playoffs.
The bandās āOne More Timeā was recently followed by āOne More Timeā¦Part-2ā that packs some incredible songs. The albumās āNo Funā, āIf You Never Leftā, āCanāt Go Backā, and āOne Night Standā sound like some of the more impressive songwriting by the band. In the case of both albums, it is clear that Blink wanted to reward their fans with as much music as they possibly could after their long-awaited return, first when Matt Skiba joined the band and then more recently with Tom rejoining.
