The Warning Share Update On New Music

The Warning have revealed that they are working on new music, which will serve as the follow-up to 2024’s landmark record ‘Keep Me Fed’.

The band spoke to Rock Sound as they were awarded Best International Artist at the Rock Sound Awards 2025, and actually conducted the interview whilst in the studio. After spending so much of the last 12 months on the road around the world, the trio were excited to take a moment to take stock and plot out what they want their 5th studio album to represent.

Drummer Pau Villareal had this to say about how they were feeling:

It felt like we had to slow down and make that shift. It felt like the right time to think about making new music. During the making of ‘Keep Me Fed’, we were on the road so much and writing in the spaces we had in between. We’ve already tried that method, so now we want to try something different.

“We want to be able to sit down, write an album and fully process it at the same time. We’re very excited about the way it’s going and the way we are working. And more than anything, it’s been really fun. Now we can’t wait to start the tracking and then have a new album on our hands.“

So, the cogs are very much turning.
