The Used have shared news of their forthcoming deluxe b-side album ‘MEDZ’, unleashing its infectious title track.

Set for release on June 21 via Big Noise, the album will include previously released singles ‘People Are Vomit’ and ‘Fuck You’, alongside eight never-before-heard singles taken from the writing sessions for the band’s ninth studio album ‘Toxic Positivity’.
To give a deeper meaning to the collection of songs, frontman Bert McCracken has shared a quote from author C.S. Lewis:
“Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say ‘My tooth is aching’ than to say ‘My heart is broken.’”
To celebrate the announcement, The Used have also shared the title track of ‘MEDZ’, a bouncy cut with wickedly existential lyrics courtesy of McCracken.
