Shinedown, Halestorm and Nickelback are among the names announced for the first ever Boardwalk Rock Festival, set to take place on May 17-18 in Ocean City, MD.

Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe will headline night one with Halestorm, Bush and Chevelle also appearing.

Then on day two, Shinedown and Nickelback will co-headline as Alice Cooper and Three Doors Down also appear.
