Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer Chad Smith was recently challenged to drum along to Bring Me The Horizon’s ‘Can You Feel My Heart’, having never heard the band before.

Appearing in a YouTube video posted by Drumeo, a channel dedicated to pushing drummers outside of their comfort zones by playing unfamiliar tracks, the legendary drummer crushed a cover of the hit.

Remarking “Who the fuck is that?!” after being informed he’ll be playing to a track by Bring Me The Horizon, Smith listens to a drumless track of the song, improvising a beat over the synth intro.

It leads into a pretty impressive rendition – check it out below.

It’s not the first time that Smith has been asked to tackle a song for the channel, taking on 30 Seconds To Mars’ hit ‘The Kill’ last year.
