Mick Mars Insults Motley Crue On New Song

Mick Mars, the esteemed guitarist of Motley Crue, has recently shed light on his forthcoming solo album, titled ‘Another Side of Mars.’ While delving into his creative process, Mars hinted that one of the songs on the album is about his former Motley Crue bandmates, amidst an ongoing legal dispute.

As reported by UCR, In an interview with Rolling Stone, Mars provided insight into the material he has been working on, revealing a glimpse of what fans can expect from his highly anticipated solo endeavor.

Speaking about his solo project, Mars discussed a song called “Killing Breed,” which he described as an exploration of narcissistic individuals who keep others restrained and question their sanity.

Although he refrained from explicitly confirming that the song was about his Motley Crue bandmates, a subtle smile hinted at a connection. Mars also revealed other intriguing song titles, including “Broken on the Inside,” “Alone,” “Lonely in Your Grave,” “Loyal to the Lie,” “Decay,” “Fear,” “Memories,” and “Erased.”

While Mars indicated that he hasn’t signed a deal for the album’s release yet, he disclosed that negotiations are currently underway. However, he unequivocally stated that he won’t be embarking on a tour to support the album due to his lifelong health issues. Mars expressed his weariness of extensive travel and planes, firmly asserting his retirement from touring. Nevertheless, he did mention a potential willingness to consider one-off performances or a limited number of shows for special occasions.

Motley Crue, having enlisted John 5 as Mick Mars’ replacement, continues to move forward. The band appears poised to release new music in the near future, while their World Tour with Def Leppard remains in full swing, providing fans with an opportunity to witness the iconic rockers in action.

We will have to see how the new album works out after it comes out and see how reception is.
