John Frusciante ‘Looked Unwell’ At Red Hot Chili Peppers Show

Red Hot Chili Peppers fans have been concerned that John Frusciante might be unwell. One of the fans on Reddit noted that during Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Washington DC show for ‘The Global Stadium Tour’ last Thursday, John looked like he wasn’t feeling good.

It was noted that he hung back by Chad Smith most of the night and left the stage seconds after by the way.

One fan shakkajon wrote: “He did the same in Atlanta but his playing was unreal. It’s just John being John. He’s a little weird but that’s why we love him.”

Reasonable_Bid3311 also chimed in: “I was at Atlanta. He looked totally fine. Just saw him at Boston. He honestly looked younger and fresher than ever.”

Chickencutlets468 said: “I thought he sounded great and he played your song, so he prob felt good. In Boston he was smiling a lot as well and played Danny’s song so I’m guessing he feels good just a touch of anxiety. They all seem to be in stride right now. Hopefully they tour again for the next album but take time to not get burnt out”

justin7894 replied: “He seemed pretty laid back in DC and he played his ass off. I wouldn’t have concerns.”

The Red Hot Chili Peppers celebrated the VMA Global Icon Award with their performances of ‘Black Summer’ and ‘Can’t Stop.’ Chad Smith gave an emotional speech to honor the late Foo Fighters icon, Taylor Hawkins. Taylor Hawkins’ tragic death deeply saddened the music world and the hearts of millions of fans, and many artists paid an emotional tribute to the iconic drummer.

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins shockingly passed away at the age of 50. The band was due to play on the same day of his death. The Foos were scheduled to play at the Festival Estereo Picnic in Bogota, Colombia. This led to the band canceling the rest of their South American tour. Recently, a video clip surfaced on the internet which saw Red Hot Chili Peppers paying subtle tribute to Hawkins.
