Creeper have been added to the lineup for next year’s 2000trees Festival.
Fresh from the recent announcement that the four-day event will be headlined by The Gaslight Anthem and will also feature slots from the likes of Manchester Orchestra, Kids In Glass Houses, Hot Mulligan and a whole load more, the festival has just added a very special act.
Creeper will be bringing their stage theatrics to the festival, where they’ll be headlining The Axiom Stage.
Announcing the news, Darcia (the Vampire Familiar who runs the band’s social), said:
“Vampires in the forest.
“Creeper will headline The Axiom stage at next year’s 2000trees.
“This is one of the band’s favourite festivals and they are excited to bring the Sanguivore era to the site next year.”
As mentioned in that message, Creeper will no doubt relish playing tunes from their ‘Sanguivore’ album, which you can read all about via Rock Sound’s ‘The Album Story’ feature, with in-depth discussion with frontman William Von Ghould.
To celebrate the release of the record, we teamed up with the band to bring you this exclusive t-shirt, inspired by lead single ‘Cry To Heaven’.
