Bullet For My Valentine are going right back to the very beginning with a new version of their debut EP.

‘Bullet For My Valentine’ was first released in 2004, then repackaged in 2005 as the ‘Hand Of Blood’ EP with the addition of ‘4 Words (To Choke Upon)’. A sharp, savage and sensationally bold first showing from the band, it laid the foundations for the rise that was still to come. The work of a young band ready to take on the world, their hunger can be felt pulsing through the likes of the raging ‘Hand Of Blood’ and the melodically bold ‘Curses’. Shortly after, the band released their debut full-length ‘The Poison’, and the rest, they say, is history.
Now, over 20 years later, the release has been reissued as a standalone, with a fresh vinyl pressing in both coloured and picture-disc formats. Both can be pre-ordered right here.
Vocalist/guitarist Matt Tuck had this to say about the release, stating, “I honestly can’t believe it’s been twenty years since the release of The Poison and Hand Of Blood, and what an incredible twenty years its been. I feel so proud of what we’ve achieved as a band in the last two decades and it all started with those recordings.”

And to remind you of what it’s all about, here is ‘Hand Of Blood’.
