Queens Of The Stone Age are gearing up for a new release which has fans on the edge of their seats. The new release has been speculated across Reddit and has been spreading like wild fire. Fans can only currently imagine what this incredible feat of an album will sound like, but luckily, if the way the album looks is also the way the album sounds, then we are in for a serious treat and ride.
QOTSA has earned critical acclaim and commercial success, with several of their albums reaching the top 10 on the US Billboard 200 chart. They have also been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards and have won several, including Best Hard Rock Performance for their song “No One Knows” in 2003.
In addition to his work with QOTSA, Josh Homme has also collaborated with various other musicians and bands, including Iggy Pop, Eagles of Death Metal, and Them Crooked Vultures. Queens Of The Stone Age have teased a new record as well as having teased re-releases on vinyl in the past. Josh Homme has been quiet for quite some time, but fans speak for him and the band most of the time.
The newest effort has the album art of what you would expect from a Queens Of The Stone Age endeavor. The classic artwork is bleak, yet vibrant, while Reddit have also leaked out a track list, which you can see below along with all of the other offerings.
This looks like it will be a great album and fans are already excited over on the forums with one fan saying: “I know homme’s camp cleared the air in regards to his recent divorce/legal situation but I really hope that cloud doesnt hang over this album. My musical taste is v much different to what it was when I was a kid but I have always loved Queens. Hyped.”
