Here’s a premise for you – Linkin Park go back in time to 1986, possess the members of Metallica à la Stranger Things monsters, and write what becomes the thrash classic thrash, “Master Of Puppets.” Sounds like the plot to a cheesy (and by cheesy, I mean awesome) b-movie, right?

Well, YouTuber Anthony Vincent has put together the ultimate quasi-film score to this freaky plot. If you’re familiar with Vincent’s work, you know his interpretations are spot-fucking-on, and this take is no exception. While practically nothing but the lyrics exist from the original, even the most intuitive of fans would need to study close to understand the source material.
