We do not deal in unofficial/bootleg releases.

All of our vinyl records are presumed to be in near mint to mint condition.

All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment. You will receive notification that your order has been processed.

Shipping:
– We ship globally
– All product is packaged with the utmost love and care.
– We ship our records in 12.5″ x 12.5″ extra-strong 40 ECT corrugated board.
– Flat rate shipping cost.
– All shipments include tracking
– Shipments within North America are typically received within 2-12 business days. Shipments internationally may vary and we will provide an expected delivery date depending on destination.
-GoldMark is not responsible for any custom duties that may be applied at destination location.

Special Orders:
– We will gladly process and fulfill special orders; however there is no guarantee on delivery as we are at the mercy of the record labels on special orders.

Returns:
– The buyer has seven (7) calendar days from the date the vinyl record is received to return for a refund.
– Buyer pays all shipping costs on returns. Exception would be product that was damaged during shipping.
– Refunds are processed when returned product is received by GoldMark.
